# Opportunities

> List and retrieve ranked visibility opportunities from the Lightsage CLI.

Opportunities are ranked action items computed from stored prompt visibility results. Each opportunity includes an `execution_prompt` with context for an AI agent.

## Commands

| Command | Description |
| - | - |
| `lightsage opportunities list` | List ranked opportunities. |
| `lightsage opportunities retrieve --opportunity-id <opportunity_id>` | Retrieve one opportunity. |

## List opportunities

```bash theme={null}
lightsage opportunities list --output-format json
```

Filter by category, type, or date window:

```bash theme={null}
lightsage opportunities list \
  --category quick_wins \
  --opportunity-type citation_gaps \
  --since 30d
```

Override the date window with explicit dates:

```bash theme={null}
lightsage opportunities list \
  --start-date 2026-08-01 \
  --end-date 2026-08-31 \
  --limit 25
```

## Retrieve one opportunity

```bash theme={null}
lightsage opportunities retrieve --opportunity-id opp_123
```

The detail response includes the opportunity's execution context for the selected date window.
