Trouble connecting an agent
- If sign-in fails or a tool call is refused, disconnect Lightsage in the agent, connect it again, and sign in with the account you use for the Lightsage dashboard.
- If results come from the wrong organization, connect again and choose the right one. An agent connection uses one organization at a time.
- If the problem continues, email us with the name of the agent and the time the error happened.
